Katie is behind the bar mixing up a few SUMMER inspired drinks. Tonight she has our house Rose Sangria, a Pineapple-Coconut Margarita as well as a Top-shelf Pomegranate Margarita.

STEAK TYALUDAS: A gigante crispy corn tortilla layered with refried black beans, oaxaca cheese, lettuce, tomato, crema, queso fresco, avocado & sliced achiote tequila marinated hanger steak.
TACOS de BARBACOA: Lamb slow cooked in plantains & avocado leaves with chipotle pepper served in our home-made corn tortillas, topped with guajillo sauce, mexican coleslaw, cilantro, onion, charred scallions, jalapenos coming with a side of rice & pinto beans.
POLLO en MOLE POBLANO: Braised boneless chicken simmered in our chef's family recipe mole poblano over mexican rice(yellow rice with vegetables)
CHILES en NOGADA: Battered chile poblano stuffed with chicken, apple, almonds, ripe plantains topped with walnut cream sauce & pomegranate.
SALMON & RAMPS: Grilled Chilean salmon, sweet potato mashed, sauteed spinach, locally foraged grilled ramps plated with an orange reduction.
