I don't know about you, but this weather puts us on edge...that warm weather seemed like such a tease when today looks as though it does. That's why we are so grateful that the environment in here is as warm and as fiery as our food makes us feel.

~Baja Shrimp Tacos~ Three flour tortillas containing Dos XX battered shrimp, as well as guacamole, mexican cole slaw, and chipotle mayo, plated with a side of rice and beans.
~Raspberry Caiperinha~ Cachaca rum, muddled raspberries, fresh mint, sugar in the raw, fresh mix and a splash of club soda
~Mint Julep~ Bulleit bourbon, fresh muddled mint, agave nectar, and a splash of club soda
~Pineapple-Passion Fruit Margarita~ Espolon tequila, pineapple juice, passion fruit puree, patron citron, fresh lime
