Happy Saturday! What better way to celebrate warmer weather coming other than visiting us for refreshing drinks and flavorful entrees?

To begin with, the cooks re making traditional quesadillas, with corn masa dough, stuffed with vegetables, and plated with an avocado sauce. Then, we are serving up our Cochinita Pibil; slow roasted local pork, in achiote and orange juices to break down the pork and bring out the flavors. Also, tonight we have Crispy Fish Tacos, including fresh Flounder filet. 

The perfect compliments to these taste bud pleasers include; a fresh cucumber-mint margarita, as well as a peach infused margarita, and lastly, the popular, jalepeno blood-orange margarita.
