Charola Mexicana: Mexican Appetizer Tray!

Your favorite special appetizers, all on one tray that includes:  

Shrimp Tempura

Chicken and Chorizo Empanadas

Cochinita Pibil Flautas: crispy tortilla rolls, stuffed with slow roasted pork

and  Salmón Mexican Fusion Dumplings

all served with chipotle mayo, scallion sauce, pico de gallo, and crema

Entrees:

Shrimp Topped Chile Rellenos:

Jumbo Shrimp sauteed in garlic ranchera sauce, served atop roasted Poblano peppers.  The Poblanos are  stuffed with Oaxaco, goat cheese and Monterrey cheese, egg battered and lightly fried. 

Lobster Tail with Risotto a la Mexicana:
Steamed Lobster tail sauteed in butter and garlic,  served on creamy Mexican risotto with corn, roasted poblano peppers, shiitake mushrooms.  Sauced with Guajillo chili oil and cilantro oil and topped with crispy onions and chives.

Steak Azteca:

Herb rubbed grilled Rib-Eye steak, served with Chipotle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus with a Chile Ancho Tequila sauce.
